09.06.10. Barcelona, Spain. Excited and jet lagged we walked from our hotel to Sagrada Familia, the Church design by Antonia Gaudi. Gaudi died in 1926 and this is a work in progress (about 80 years thus far) and the project is estimated to be complete in 2030 - maybe a good time to revisit based on the AWE that we saw in this stage - I can only image hearing a concert in this place.
This ongoing work is being funded by over the one million visitors which tour this great place daily(8th wonder of the world?). Wendita & I paid our 22 euros to the cause. (well worth it)
